The Services operate within TikTok and web environments that may use local storage, caching, SDK capabilities, or similar technologies. We use available storage and identifiers only as necessary to operate, secure, and measure the Services.
The Services and their content are intended for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly target children or knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that information from a minor has been processed contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to restrict access and delete or otherwise address the information, subject to legal retention obligations. Our primary AWS Lightsail and Amazon S3 infrastructure is located in Singapore (AWS Asia Pacific region, ap-southeast-1). Content may also be delivered through globally distributed CloudFront edge locations. Our platform, cloud, analytics, advertising, and other service providers may process information in Singapore, Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they operate. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities in accordance with local law.
We remain accountable for personal information under our control and use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information when engaging service providers.
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, ask questions about our privacy practices, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request deletion of information that we are not required to retain. Withdrawal or deletion may limit our ability to provide some features. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another competent privacy authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, platform requirements, service providers, or applicable law. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and provide any additional notice required by law.
